No Mysql Database Atall

Hi, ive recently signed up to x10hosting for the ad enhanced account, surely enhanced means better?

obviusly not.

i went to create my first mysql database and it said i have already exceeded my amount, i then went to the control pannel and it said:
SQL Databases


0/0

This is very annoying and i would like it fixed ASAP.

Okay. Lets go over this. First off, don't demand anything. If you come across rude, we'll ignore it. You did signup for ad-enhanced. I see that, BUT you selected the static package, which, clearly stated here: http://www.x10hosting.com/hosting Does NOT include mysql databases. Now, if you want, attitude permitting, I can change your package to one of the others, select one. They require ads.

You had picked the Static plan, which if you looked closely at the signup :

http://www.x10hosting.com/hosting/adenhanced

It shows a big red X in MySQL Databases.

You can change your package to Advanced or Corporate via the AMP ( Account Management Panel )

ok, I see it was changed to Advanced. And, you have 3 databases now

One last thing, whats the host for the mysql database? the ip on my ACP?
