No news/post about "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account i

My account is suspended for the reason that we are migrating the servers. Now that we have completed the migration, my account is still suspended.

I tried creating a support request and this what I got "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (getupdated). Please visit our forums and read the news."

When I visited the forums, can't locate a topic about the said information.

Can someone please help me get my account unsuspended for me to start updating my website.

The suspension has been removed. You may need to update your password via the account panel as some passwords were corrupted during the move.
