No one is responding to my ticket, so I'll give this a shot

Right now I'm in a bit of a situation I cannot get out of.

My hosting account is suspended, and I need it to get to the email I'm trying to change to.

I never got the confirmation email so I kept waiting and waiting to get that confirmation email.

I need my forum email changed to what it was before because in order for me to reach the email I'm trying to change it to, I need to have my hosting account unsuspended, because I can't get into my webmail.

Can anyone please help me out here?

I've had the ticket open for 2-3 days now and have gotten no response whatsoever, I am honestly thinking of switching to a different hosting service because right now I am not satisfied whatsoever.

If you can't unsuspend yourself through the Account Panel the only thing you can do is to wait for official support.

Unfortunately for you, you're looking for a quick response from them but they have lots of tickets to get through. Once the problems are sorted and the tickets go down when people have problems in the future they will get a faster response which is what everyone wants.

I'm sorry to hear you've only waited 48 hours. Some people have waited up to two weeks and I feel more sorry for them.

I hope you do wait around because, this is for the future of x10hosting and you'll see the results soon overall.
