No parked domains?

I have a problem

Do you guys did not allow using parked domain?

Because it is said (in hosting Advanced package) that you can have 2 parked domains
but it is not allowed in the cpanel (0/0)

my site is snsdindonesia.x10hosting.com

If you haven't already, follow the instructions in this thread so you don't have MySQL problems later down the track (MySQL's on a remote server now).

About your 0/0 Parked Domains, yes we allow them, but if your databases were showing as 0/0 as well then your remote database server connection had probably dropped out at that time (staff will try and work on that). Most of the time though it will work and you'll see your cPanel properly.

What is the domain name? Do you own the rights to that domain name? If so do this.
1. Add the domain to "Parked domains"
2. Go to the domain registrar where you got the domain name and set the name servers to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

It can take up to 72 hours for the DNS to update depending on your ISP.

I know how to do that. I do run 2 websites using parked domain.

The problem is : I can't add parked domains. When I clicked the "add domain" button, it shown

There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details

(show details clicked)

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you are not allowed to add any more than (0) parked domains!

This is rare.. Your account had the "Advanced" package, but had unlimited space, bandwidth, MySQL, but had 0 Parked/Addon domains.
It's fixed now. You now have the features of the "Advanced" package.
