No puedo poner un archivo como index

tengo un problema
En español:
Al entrar a la url de mi web me sale default webpage no se que mas y si pongo el /nombredecarpet si entra el archivo lo tengo en public_html y nada fijense :
http://uniforo.x10.mx
ahora con /x..
uniforo.x10.mx/foro/ ahora si sale no se que pasa

now with / x ..
uniforo.x10.mx/foro / now if not passing out

Your website's loading fine on my end. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and flushing your DNS records?
