No reason for suspension...

I tried to go on my website, but I've been suspended. I says the reason for suspension is "unknown", and that I have to open up a support ticket to unsuspend it. I realize I have been inactive for a bit, but that has been due to copious amounts of work, and I am starting to develop my website as we speak.

If you could tell me how to unsuspend my account, that'd be awesome, cheers.
