No Server?

For whatever reason, the website page is not being displayed.
Even though it is a current temp page as we're re-designing the site, we were surprised to see it not working.

I've just purchased a domain name for us, and have followed the instructions on how to link it to our x10 server, within your knowledge base.
I don't know if that is causing a problem or not, just thought I'd mention it.

I get the following message:

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.truevine.org.uk/” because Safari can’t connect to the server “www.truevine.org.uk”.

and

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.truevine.x10hosting.com/” because Safari can’t connect to the server “www.truevine.x10hosting.com”.

What has gone wrong here? …it can't simply be that the server is down, as the x10 site and it's forum sites are operational.

You seem to be on Chopin, correct?
If so, then Chopin is still in an account transfer state... You will have to wait a few more days, then everything will be back to normal.

Chopin may be down, but the other x10 sites are on entirely different servers, so Chopin wouldnt affect them.
