No 'upload files' tab in control panel. Urgent!

I cannot see the 'upload files' tab in the control panel of my account. Also i cannot use the filezilla to upload the files. IE when i try connect using the usual ftp command cannot open the page.:dunno:

There is no selection in your cPanel to upload files. If you want to upload files to your website, you will have to do it by way of either one of the File Managers.
