I am attempting to reset my password and nothing is coming to my email account that has been registered. I've had a wordpress error and I am unable to log into my site through wp-admin so I need to log into the cpanel or have some sort of a reset done to get back into my account. Not sure what happened but the error was caused by woo commerce updating.

I see no email being sent in our logs to the email we do have on file for your free hosting account, which is a gmail address starting kn*****se (note that ***** does not represent the actual number of chars).

Are you inputting the correct email address into the password reset field at https://www.x10hosting.com/reset?
