First, excuse me my bad English.
I have several days without access to my website. Whenever you see the same error: Error Establishing a database connection.
From cPanel I can not access the database through phpmyadmin, the following error: The user name or password is incorrect. Access was denied.
What I can do?

Try this:
Go to cPanel and click on Remote MySQL
Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the allowed list (without quotes)
Then try loading your database pages again.
