no web site on line and no access to control panel

I have been registes in x10hosting for 3 months, and my web site was aproximatly 1 month on line (total).
At this moment I have no acceso to my web site and have no access to the control panel, but I can acces to my account panel and see that the files are in the server because I can see disc space.
After the anounce of upgrading the servers It is worst.

What can I do?
