No webpage access, Not able to log into CPanel

Cannot access webpages, assume this is pointing exercise, I've fixed ppreviously through CPanel.

Was on Fris, not able to log into Cpanel via all remaining servers Stoli, Starka, Boru, Chopin

my address retriever.x10hosting.com.

Thanks for any help, keep up the good work, its been a long slog, any lessons learnt.
