Pretty much the same problem as here:
http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/125172-no-cpanel-access-mysql-down-2.html
Here a bit more thorough description of my problem.

I had my co.cc domain added as an addon domain. So it had a separate folder on the server. And within that folder there is a folder named Forum. And since this is the primary use of my account, I set up a redirection to this folder (that is addon_domain.co.cc/forum).

So here's how it works after the move:

1. Opening my website using http://www.addon_domain.co.cc/ or http://account.x10hosting.com/ redirects me to a page http://www.addon_domain.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi that says "If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner" etc.

2. Opening http://account.x10hosting.com/addon_domain.co.cc/ takes me to the "http://x10cossacks.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/movingpage.cgi"

3. Opening http://www.addon_domain.co.cc/forum/ gives me a 404 Not Found page. o_O

4. Login to cPanel fails with or without https, from the account panel or though the http://account.x10hosting.com:2082/, it gives me a Login Attempt Failed! error. Changing the password through the account panel didn't help even though it said that operation completed successfully. Tried it twice.

5. FTP login miraculously works. Using both subdomain or addon domain. Sends me directly to 69.175.6.94, which is fris, I suppose? My files are there. Note that changing the password from the account panel didn't affect FTP at all. Not sure if it should but I'm still logging into FTP using the old password and can't login using the new one.

6. My account is not listed as suspended in my account panel. People here said theirs were suspended as moved. Mine never was listed as suspended. Not sure if it should have been though. Maybe it wasn't suspended due to me having inactivity timer active? But even so the redirection is still there. :\

So there you go. Any help would be appreciated.

This should be resolved soon. Cpanel seems down.

I managed to fix my cPanel login following this suggestion. So now I'm finally able to login to it. Also this has changed my ftp login as well. Interesting.

I've also added two hosts under Remote MySQL following this suggestion.

But there are still some other problems that remain.

1. cPanel says I have 0 addon domains. My hosting account panel says otherwise. When I try to readd it from cPanel I get the following error:
"Error from park wrapper: [domain_name] is already configured."
I'm pretty sure that this domain of mine is still linked to Cossacks and unless it's unlinked from there I won't be able to add and use it ever again. There are some solutions to this posted on the web, but apparently I won't be able to fix it myself as I don't have access to those server directories.

2. phpMyAdmin gives me the "Wrong username/password. Access denied." error despite the fact that I've already added those two hosts to Remote MySQL.

I think if these two problems will be fixed everything will hopefully be functional to me again, as currently I can finally access to my forum and it's working fine, but only by typing the address directly from the x10hosting domain:
http://name.x10hosting.com/addon_domain.co.cc/forum/

Update:
Apparently the link from cPanel
http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php
gives me the error described above, but once index.php is deleted from the link, it starts working.
