No website and I can't log into the cPanel

Hi,

I set up my website in November (07) and everything worked fine.

Last while (January on) my website hasn't worked, and I can't log into the cPanel.

I realized you were upgrading and have been waiting until the process was complete, but as of today it is still not working.


I can log in on the www.x10hosting.com webpage, then it takes me to the Link Account page where I enter my Cpanel username ("bsenb") and I get the "hosting username you specified does not exist" message.

If I use the link http://bsenb.x10hosting.com:2082/ and my username/password received in my “Ad-Free Hosting Account Created” confirmation Email from (11/11/07), it says Login Attempt Failed!

My domain "bsenb.x10Hosting.com" shows as available on your Service sign up page?

My Account User name "bsenb"shows as available on your Service sign up page?

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks as though your account was terminated due to inactivity.
If you fail to login to the forums once in two weeks, your account gets suspended. If the suspension is not handled in 10 days, the system automatically terminates the account.

Hi again,

Recreated account, received confirmation Email, I am able to log in but can't FTP or Cpanel "bsenb.x10hosting.com:2082" using confirmation Email username/password.

As well how do I keep my account from terminating, due to inactivity.

Servers have been having some issues today, from what I have gathered, which may be why you are unable to login.

To keep from becoming inactive, all you must do is login to the forums once every two weeks.
