No Website for 2 weeks now.

Hi,
My website www.bedfordpcs.co.uk has been down now for 2 weeks. Previous support ticket has been escalated but there is an error when I click link to view progress.
I can access cPanel, but both email and ftp are down. I have been told it's a configuration problem, but have had no idea on when it will be rectified.
I appreciate that server work has been carried out, but everyone else seems to be down only for a couple of days and then are back up. This has been 2 weeks now!
Please help!!

The only domain I see listed under your account is http://bedfordpcs.x10hosting.com/
I suggest adding the domain again in cPanel since there doesn't seem to be an entry for it.
Also try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache.

Browser cache and DNS flushed more than once over past 2 weeks.

2 days ago bedfordpcs.x10hosting.com, bedfordpcs.co.uk, email accounts & ftp accounts were all listed in the cPanel, it just wouldn't work.

Now I cannot get anything except this forum. I cannot even get into cPanel now!!

This is becoming increasingly frustrating.
