No website for over 3 weeks

I know there have been some major maintenance and issues with Fris server migration from Lotus, but this is just getting silly now.

Finally, I can access cPanel, ftp & email.
However, my add-on domain bedfordpcs.co.uk is not showing. I try and add it and it says it is already configured. So I cannot delete it or add it, I'm snookered.
If you go to www.bedfordpcs.co.uk you get a divert (yet again).
I have cleared cache & flushed dns (more than once), tried different machines, OS's, ftp clients, reuploaded & deleted website and I still cannot get access to my domain.

Please, please help. This is becoming unbearable!!

To be clear, you want bedfordpcs.co.uk as an add-on ... not parked.
Correct?
What subdirectory would you like it to point to?

When I go to you current domain, I see an empty Index of /
Are you missing files?

I've tried to delete the domain to readd it.
Sorry, yes parked. I cannot add it, it says alrady configured, but doesn't show it to delete it either.

I just want www.bedsfordpcs.co.uk to be working. Then I'll ftp the files back to public/html directory again.

Problem: cannot park bedsfordpcs.co.uk on his account. Nameservers already set to x10

Will escalate this to Staff. This will close the thread but you can follow the Support Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar that will appear on top OR by going to your Account Panel.
