no website made??

i made a website at the following link: http://moparscape.exofire.net and it hasnt been made yet??? even though it says it was created :9 whats the problem?? and on my other account, ive changed the url to moparscape.x10hosting.com and it didnt change either, it just deleted all of my files and settings


PLEASE TELL ME WHATS WRONG!
