No Zone records Found

Hello,

I'm having issues with my domain's DNS records. Trying to look or edit using either the simple or advanced interfaces returns an error.

The error for the advanced editor is: "Failed to fetch zone file for volium.com" "No Zone records Found"

The Simple DNS Editor returns: "There are no user-defined zone records for “volium.com”."

I haven't modify the records in a very long time. I am having issues with a redirect rule so I just wanted to create a CNAME record instead to handle that, which I can't do since they current records dnon't show up. I did a separate lookup online and I know the records are still there.

Try using the Advanced DNS Editor and using the reset feature. Make sure you copy down any "custom" entries you have so you can re-input them.

I thought about that, however, since none of the existent records show up, I can't copy them, and I really don't want to lose everything.
