Are you able to log into the account panel using either your signup email address or username? If so, you can change your cpanel password from there, and from cPanel you can change any password to do with your site's hosting backend (eg mysql, ftp).

Just to be clear, are you having difficulty logging into Noah's Classified administration or is the issue with Account Manager or cPanel?
