Nobody to help me!

Sir, I have submitted a support request at 8th October 2010. But till now, nobody has replied to it. Please help me! Here is the screenshot:

As in the screenshot, my problem is that I can't login. Even if I click "Login to cPanel" in the account management panel, it doesn't work. Somebody please help me. I am NOT suspended!

Have you tried going to your site? It shows the Suspended page (in error, you are not suspended).

Can you please try to change your password here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php while I get someone to remove the Suspended Page. The two problems might be linked.

Problem: JM shows unsuspended, but going to domain URL gives x10 Suspension Page
