Noob confused by domaincentral

Okay so I have all accounts on both ends ready to go(x10 and domaincentral), I know how to access the cpanel for x10 and I'm in my control panel for domaincentral, and I'm kinda confused as to how to point my DNS at the nameservers here.

The best I can come up with is set DNS hosting to external ( "Hosting type: External (Use external name servers. In this case you are managing DNS records yourself)") but nowhere in the dns section does it allow me to name the nameservers so I go down to the web hosting section and set my domain to forward to one of the nameservers? I'm so lost. Please be gentle, I'm new to this. =P

Awesome, thanks! Had to get to that faq via the main page...the .au server kept timing out on me. So I turned the web forwarding backed to parking though I'm not sure it matters what I have that set to now that I have the domain pointed the right way. So now it can take up to 72 hours huh? Thanks again!
