noob problem

OK so an account and now its activated ect ect. Anyway i uploaded a forum (Vbulletin) "/marlos_web/forum" but whenever i goto http://marlosweb.exofire.net/marlos_web/forum/install/install.php i get "that does not exist" page

what gives?

Put marlos_web in your public_html folder.
