It would make sense to do this, as I'm sure other people are getting warning from norotn's web safe..and it is more than likely keeping possible paying clients away...

Norton says that the owner of this site should send the following information

Jones: The Web site is an ecommerce site.

The Web site uses a valid digital certificate issued by
a CA/Browser Forum member.
CA/Browser Forum

The Web site publishes a clear privacy policy.

=================
Jones: If the Web site meets above criteria, send a
request to Norton Safe Web with the following
information:
1. Contact name.
2. Contact phone/email address.
3. Company/Business name.
4. Web site address.
5. Reason(s) for dispute.

Please send above information to :
Jones: site_owner_help_en@symantec.com
web, designer will receive follow up mail regarding
submission.

This is all based on an issue I had that was discussed here:

Hi,

We've tried contacting them before but just go in circles. No one seems to understand that each subdomain is a separate website. I did read your live help chat with them where the guy thought you had a virus because the "pcriot.com" domain was flagged. :) Unfortunately they do not know what they are doing nor understand anything outside their scripted responses. The only thing we can do is remove the threat and wait for them to update.

Did you get as much a kick out of the conversation I had with Norton as I did? lol. They got lost real fast. Can you believe they wanted me to pay to be transferred over to a "virus removal team" lol.
Just think about it..it's idiotic.

I thought I would share all this in hopes it would help out... :) Thanks..you mods on the forums are pretty awesome.
