not able to access cpanel

Month ago it was working fine, but now I'm getting this error and not able to access cpanel..!!!

at URL [ http://bhaku.x10host.com/ ] - I get sent to URL [ https://www.bhaku.x10host.com/ ]
and my browser throws this error...

This site can’t provide a secure connection
www.bhaku.x10host.com sent an invalid response.

note:
x10hosting's free-hosting accounts do not have SSL
The current setup for x10hosting's free-hosting servers will not work with SSL or TSL or SNI (regardless of IP shared or dedicated or what cPanel shows)

Wrong. This is not the issue, as a redirect wouldn't block him from accessing the website. This is an issue with x10.

His problem is that x10 detects he is on a proxied connection or his ISP has been blacklisted.

Not that his site redirects to an SSL. He is trying to log into his cpanel, not setup SSL with his domain.
