Not Able to access my site

When trying to browse to my site, the browser has been returning 'connection time out' for the past week. I checked my account status and logged into cpanel, but I am still not able to get to the site.

You site is still pointing to old stoli ip.Are you using A records to point your site ?

i made it with name
rag-ajay.x10hosting.com and then
refered to with
rag-ajay.co.cc

but it not worked . please help

The x10 nameservers contain incorrect information. He is on stoli.
