Not able to access site properly

I am not able to access my site propertly. It's very slow and not getting proper response from server. Is it related to bandwidth issue or anything else?

Please let me know if i'm going wrong.

My domain is mvtahmedabad.x10hosting.com
UserName is mvtadmin
