Not able to access site

I recently became aware that the your service has changed. I'm aware that this is part of life. I've even resigned myself to the fact that the two sites I had on this server exist no more and I have to rebuild them. To this effect, I set up wjt.x10.mx which I just requested to move to wjt.exofire.net

I am not able to access my site that I set up neither on the web (http://www.wjt.x10.mx) nor via ftp. Would you please help me with this problem or let me know something.

The .exofire.net site loads the default x10hosting Welcome page. You need to load your own homepage.
