Not able to access the Cpanel of my website from certian places.

When I try to access the Cpanel of my website, at school, I can get to everything except the Cpanel itself. It just comes up with an error, saying the webpage is not found. AKA 404.

Have you asked your school's IT department if ports 2082 and 2083 are blocked?
