not able to back up my sql databases

hello freinds i want to take a back up of my sql database from my site i.e chat2fun.x10.bz but when i try to back up it and click on my sql database there were no database please help friends

Just go into phpMyAdmin, select the database you want, click on 'Export', pick your options and click 'Go'. Should do the trick nicely for you
