Not able to connect to mySQL via remote connection

Hi,

I am no longer able to connect remotely to the mySQL DB is there any problem? I haven't changed any configuration from my side and now it is not working.
Can you help?

host: starka.x10hosting.com
db: timobar_prod
(remote access enabled for %)
