Long ago ago, I used to have a x10hosting account, but I have sense move all of my websites over to my VPS about six years ago. At the time when I had an account here I use a domain name that I no longer have for about three years. For that account, I don’t remember the password and I don’t think I even remember the username and the exact email address and with your policy of deleting inactive accounts, I would imagine that account would have been deleted, so I don’t think it is necessary to even mention it as I haven’t even logged into the account probably well over six years.
Probably 12 months ago I decided to sign up again mostly to test a website and after I was finished testing a website I stopped using x10hosting. Jump forward to today today. I wanted to start using your service again and I didn’t even realize that I had signed up 12 months earlier. I went through the sign-up process. It gave me an error saying I need to try again, so then I decided to try again and the same error occurred. I then signed up again using a different email address to see if it was an error with your website or just with the particular email address. I’m trying to use my alternative email address that I used it successfully worked and I need to activate the account. (I have no desire or intentions of activating the account I would imagine with not activating the account it self self delete.)
Back to this account I find my login credentials for this account (wqyu) and I see I had a website but the status says it is "Terminated", which I’m not complaining or upset over that the sinus been terminated in fact, I don’t remember if anything was even uploaded at the time the site was terminated.
Your system allowed me to create a new site and the site creation took literally forever, then it said “Pending”, for a good 20 minutes, before saying “Cancelled”. I’m not sure if the reason why I’m not able to create a new website is because of the first website that says “Terminated”.
