Not able to create SQL database

There are no SQL databases made. But still there is error which states that you have exceeded the no. of databases.

Please sort this problem ASAP.

Are you trying to make them from phpmyadmin or from cpanel? Has to be done from cpanel which may be the issue (not 100% sure though, I can't see database count from the system I have access to).
