Not able to link Cpanel account to forum account

I can log into cpanel

I can log into forums.

When I try to link cpanel to forum account.

I type in cpanel user name: nhales

I get the message: The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Can anyone help?

Looks like I've messed up with my account creation.

My account emails should be set to nhales@hotmail.co.uk

Strange. You shouldn't have to link, as its set to do it automatically now. You say you can get into Cpanel okay? That means you confirmed your account through the e-mail that was provided, right?

I am assumming cpanel is the login on X10hosting open sheet http://x10hosting.com/

I have received conformation email concerning forum sign up.

I messed up typing my email when creating account possibly cpanel signup email going to hyperspace.

Looks like you didn't confirm your hosting account. Sometimes this email ends up in the SPAM\Bulk Email folder.

To request it again go here:
http://x10hosting.com/hosting/resendconfirmation

If it says your user name does not exist you might have to sign-up again(Uncomfirmed accounts are removed every 24 hours).

If you need to sign-up again go here first: http://x10hosting.com/logout to clear your cookies.
