Not able to log in to cPanel. Get Access Denied message even before entering username

Hi,
I tried to login to my cPanel account to set up my website at https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/ and I got the following message:

"Access Denied (connect_method_denied)


Your request attempted a CONNECT to a port "2083" that is not permitted by default.
This is typically caused by an HTTPS URL that uses a port other then the default of 443.

For assistance, contact your network support team. "

I get this message even before I am prompted to enter my username password.

Hey seesudu39,

This is an issue with your browser. I would come to think that you are using Internet Explorer. If so, you would need to add the post 2083 to the allowed secure ports. If you can't, contact your network support team.
