Are you trying to login to Account panel or cpanel. If its Accoun Panel then you are correct.There are some updates going on

Look like you did not have a hosting account. If you signup today then note that New Account Panel and signup system is not fully online. Due to which your Account is not created. Admins are working on it. Wait for these upgrades to be done. Then signup again.
