Dear Sir/Mam,
I am not able to login to my cpanel after the transfer of my account to fris server. Until few days back I was able to bypass the problem by logging in to x10hosting account first and clicking on the button to show 'cpanel' or 'webmail' which would bypass further authentication but now even that fails with an 'invalid username/password'.
Also, my account status is still listed as suspended and the webmail is not working anymore.
Kindly help regarding above problems.
