not able to login to cpanel

i m a newly registered user . my account is not loging me in /..? what happened?

 

[cstory]

I've had a page on x10 for a week or so, I was able to get to cPanel to update it yesterday (Friday) afternoon at about 3:00 Pacific time, but at 7:00 when I tried to access the cPanel I got an empty page after the logon. This is still happening this morning (Saturday). Is there a system problem?

I use the page to provide information to my students, and update it daily.
