Not able to login via http://x10hosting.com/account

This has been a problem ever since I signed up, it indicated a successful login, tries to redirect me but then the following appears:

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

You have the development package, this doesn't work on the paid server.
