not able to logon to cpanel

I updated to prime and my username was no longer on the logon site and and when i try to logon to cpanel or ftp I get an error that my username and password are not valid. could you please help?

it turns out that when i changed my password it did not save yet. so my login password is my old password for cpanel and my new password is used for the main login screen.
i am sure this will fix itself soon since the 24hr period has not lapsed.
