not able to open cpanel

I had registered the account with name max1234
I also confirmed my own domain name but I am not able to access the cpanel plaese help me to access the cpanel.

It seems that you have changed your subdomain to your own bindass.org. You will need to first set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. Then your cPanel url will become bindass.org:2082.
