Are you sure that you've configured the domain's nameservers to correctly point to your hosting account? The nameservers should be:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I'm currently getting an error that your account doesn't exist when I go to that domain. Please recheck your domain's settings.
