Not able to see MySQL status for cossacks

I am not able to see MySQL status for cossacks server in x10Hosting Services Up/Down threas, I have tried many times but the inage in front of MySQL status is never displayed.

Is it just me whi is facing this problem and if so what can I do to fix it?
