Not able to sign up!

Hi,

I signed up for a adfree account &

i got a mail which says

"Thank you for signing up with x10Hosting! You are almost done with the signup process. Please click the link below to confirm your signup and email address.

"

When i clicked on it, it asked me to wait for 2671 minutes.

Now im done with the waiting time but didnt receive a confirmation mail with further details.

When i tried to clik on the above link it says

"
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!"

When i enter my user name[which is articulator] it says

Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

DId i do anything wrong?
Pls let me know.

I too am having problems. I cannot progress from the signup page - it says that I have not created a forum accounts when...I am here typing!

me too! I came this forum looking for an answer and it looks like you got same problem. I had a 2 day wait but now after 2 days it won't work

I'm having the exact same problem!
I also tried the Support and it shows as "AWAY".
Are we still in business?

Have you kept up on the News & Announcements?
New accounts may still be currently in Queue.

Even if Support says they are away, have you file a support ticket and waited?

Most everyone in this section are just members like you, with no access to account information. Best bet is to file a support ticket and ask.
