Not able to unzip in CPanel

I opened a request early in June regarding not being able to unzip in Cpanel. This issue is still unresolved. I have been uploading using ftp but as I have a lot of files this does take some time and obviously is much easier to upload 1 file and unzip. If you would help I would be appreciative.

Hi, sorry for the lateness of response, been out of town.

I'm not sure how to link you to file, but here is the address. Was not successful today either, and have been in the past, just started happening early June.

/home/fbctrez/public_html/upload 07-10-10.zip

This is the error I get ....
unzip: cannot find or open /home/fbctrez/public_html/Upload, /home/fbctrez/public_html/Upload.zip or /home/fbctrez/public_html/Upload.ZIP.

The file name has spaces in it?
