Not able to use Account

Upon redirection aor direct entry or any type of requests except cpanel login and FTP when i try to use my account at http://skreem.exofire.net/ i get an error message :

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /forum/ could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

My account is not suspended or is under any verge of re-activation. It seems that my cpanel seems to be working fine but many features like fantastico is missing!
