not accessing ftp and filemaneger well

respected sir,
i have problem with ftp and filemanager when i open the file maneger i have problem with public_html and www folder i am not connecton those folder with my ftp account so i can not put files though my ftp account.and also when i put files though browser i can not access though my browser when i point my domain in browser this message is appered.

What FTP client do you use?

So you can connect to your account, but what error does it give when you try to upload files?
