Not allowed to modify my SSL settings

I tried to search for SSL cert on the control panel, but when I click the link I get an error message saying I am not allowed to modify my SSL settings.

Please activate "SSL Certificates" option in "Control Panel"/"Account Manager" options. Now , I can see it.

Please check in the Control Panel:

Account Manager > Domain Setup > triancal.x10.bz (click on your domain)

You should see some checkboxes, is there a Secure SSL checkbox, if so, check that block and click save.
