not being able to login to cpanel

Hi, i have my account on X1ohosting.com with username akj123 my account status is showing suspended and reason is that user is transferred to another server. i want this resolved now as my cpanel login is also failing i cant login to the cpanel with my username and password .
You are requested to please look in to it and resolve the same as soon as possible.

All your files are being transfered from your server (Cossacks) to a different server. You would not be able to access your files anyways. They are being moved. Please be patient, it will be fixed soon.

Admins "i was told" did this on purpose so you would not be able to access your files while they are being transfered.

Dont worry they are dealing with transfer and then you will be able to access your files
