Are you sure the DB user That is Allowed to use database?
Are you sure There Is a valid database connection?

you need to change the host to localhost. IF that doesn't work then you may need to check permissions on the user. Also note that there are possible updates occurring to your server right now.

For some strange reason the permissions were not working, the map came back and returned to work.
