Not enough space available to install WordPress

Help me pls.. why i cant install Wordpress again using Fantastico ?

Its says :

Not enough space available to install WordPress
Disk space required: 10.19 MB
Disk space available: -0.5 MB


Current installations:
None

and in my home cPanel i see the statics of :

Disk Space Usage : 49.39 / ∞ MB

Monthly Bandwidth Transfer : 8.03 / ∞ MB

and i hare Remove all my file in public_html folder, why im still use 49.39MB where the hidden file ? So i cant install wordpress again, before i can install it using fantastico. Thanks.

Since they will be (or might already be) in the process of moving files, checking, syncing, re-syncing, etc, I suggest waiting on doing anything major on your site until the move is officially over.
